wedding days are beautiful because of the details. Others are unforgettable because of the people. Carter and Avery's intimate micro wedding in Portland, Oregon was the perfect combination of both. I had the joy of photographing their engagement session at the iconic Portland Art Museum, where they wandered the galleries together, laughing, holding hands, and admiring the artwork that inspired them. They even had a famous painting we took photos in front of as their welcome sign at the wedding. Their wedding day itself was everything a micro wedding should be—intentional, relaxed, and overflowing with love.
